1. What we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we collect the information you submit: name, email address, company (if provided), country or region (if provided), service interest, budget range and project details. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical connection data such as IP addresses and user-agent information to deliver and secure the website.
2. Why we use it
We use enquiry details to understand your request, respond to you, plan potential services and maintain a record of communications. Our public website does not currently offer client account registration. We do not sell enquiry data.
3. Storage and recipients
During this preview, project enquiries are stored in a database on the TownPact-operated VPS. Access is restricted to the temporary team administration interface. Hosting, DNS or tunnel providers may process connection data to deliver the service. No marketing analytics or advertising pixels have been intentionally added to this Phase 1 build.
4. Retention and security
Enquiry retention and a deletion schedule must be finalized before launch. We apply basic technical controls, including session protections, rate limits and restricted admin access, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment card details, medical or other highly sensitive information in an enquiry.
5. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Until a dedicated privacy mailbox is configured, use the project enquiry form and clearly label your message as a privacy request, including the email address used to contact us.
6. International enquiries
TownPact aims to serve businesses worldwide. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own depending on infrastructure providers. Applicable legal bases, transfer safeguards and regional notices will be documented before public launch, especially for the EU, UK and Canada.
